Hey all, still managing to keep upt with my personal goals as well as the base physical requirements. I've begun work on my profiles of living heroes as well as planning out how to get my distance training in. It should all work out quite well for myself.

I realized during my morning meditation today that I am, at times, my own greatest obstacle or more appropriately 'stumbling block'.
